Psychedelic Integration Circles
This group is an intentional space where individuals exploring the healing and transformational potential of psychedelic medicines can gather together online (and eventually in person) to share themselves. This group is meant for psychedelic people to share their journey experiences, to explore a variety of therapeutic and integrative tools, and to feel truly supported along the journey of psychedelic use and spiritual growth. Topics may include trauma, attachment, shamanism, psychedelic therapy, somatic therapies, breathwork, yoga, psychedelic parenting, and more! We will also discuss psychedelic journey preparation, navigational skillsets, and methods of post-journey integration for lasting transformation.

“Internal Family Systems” Integration Circle
IFS, or internal family systems, is not only a radical paradigm shift away from the pathology of mind, body and soul, but is also a profoundly effective system of healing.
By engaging directly with our parts, as if they were their own beings, we can open up room to rediscover that not only are we NOT our parts, we are actually something so much more, which we call the “Self.”
We will first ground out through a guided meditation designed to help us open to the inherent “Self” energy that lives inside each of our hearts.
Then, we will direct that loving energy as a group towards one individual at a time and give them the felt sense of unconditional love/support as they begin to relate to one of their parts. Given the culmination of “Self” energy in the group, the recipient can experience radical reorientation and healing in just a few short minutes.

Psychedelic Parenting Support Group
While psychedelic journeying can open our hearts to the vast magnitude of our love for our children, it can also open our hearts to the pain of generational trauma and conditioning passed down through our lineage. As parents utilizing psychedelics for healing, it is our job to heal these ancient wounds that we now carry so as to transform them before they lodge into the psyches, bodies and hearts of our children.
This group is intended to provide psychedelic parents with a community of others on a similar path. Together, we can help support each other as we integrate our journeys, process material relevant to the process of parenting, and to help lift each other up when we are already carrying so much.

Kambo Ceremonies
Kambo is a sacred medicine derived from the Giant Waxy Tree Frog of the Amazon basin. A completely legal substance, the medicine is applied in small dots to superficial burns the in the skin that brings the person through an immediate purge process; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. While oftentimes regarded as a physical cleansing, I perceive Kambo as a spiritual medicine that holds deep intelligence to help us identify, release and heal that which is no longer serving us. Oftentimes used alongside Ayahuasca, it is a potent, non-psychedelic (generally) medicine to help us prepare for/integrate journeys, and to heal in its own right.
